- Instructions for submitting
abstracts -
General
Language:
Abstracts
are to be submitted in English, optionally with the Spanish translation.
Papers:
All
submissions must be original papers, not previously published or presented
at other congresses.
Author:
Each
communication will have one presenting author, who must register to attend
the Congress (and pay the respective registration fee). The presenting
authors cannot present more than one paper, but is possible to contribute to
others. Registration
will be formalized after the paper is accepted.
Submission:
Only abstracts submitted on-line through the Congress website will be
considered.
Abstracts
for communications received by e-mail or fax will not be considered.
Review:
The
(National and International) Scientific Committees will review and select
papers by areas and decide whether they
will be presented orally or as
posters.
Notification of acceptance:
The
submitting author will be notified of acceptance or otherwise of the paper
after 30 April 2010.
Format for Abstracts

Structure:
The abstract must be structured as follows:

IDENTIFICATION PAGE: This page must specify:

Title of paper:
in bold typeface and CAPITAL LETTERS.

Authors:
last name followed the first initial.
-
Author affiliation:
In italics.
Specify institution and department, followed by city and
country.

E-mail:
submitting author’s e-address.
-
ABSTRACT:
The
abstract should describe the research findings as concisely as
possible in 400 words or less.

ORIGINALITY:
authors must explain the originality of their research in the
context of the subject area addressed by the
13th ICCC in 200 words or less.
-
CHIEF CONTRIBUTIONS:
authors must also highlight the main contributions made by their
research in 200 words or less.

Amendments:
Authors may introduce changes in their abstracts on line up to the 28
February 2010 deadline.

Visualization:
Uploaded abstracts may be visualized by their authors.
-
Figures, images, references:
Abstracts may NOT include figures, images or references.
